New quilt!
The world of trees is a world of sunlight and light. However, below this canopy can lie a world of hidden life in the dark shelter of the oldest trunks and roots.
​
For this quilt, I used raw-edge applique for the bark. I let the background fabric speak of the foliage and sky. I used swarovski and glass seed beads suggest the hidden life.
